Refunds for Modification Kits

Purchase of a modification kit implies you have sufficient knowledge and the skills required to carry out the modification. If you feel that you cannot reliably perform the modification yourself then contact us. After purchase of the modification I can direct you to any knowledge or service you may need.

The modifications are tested thoroughly before being released in kit form. No damage can be done to your pedal unless the modification kit was installed wrongly. Because of this, no refunds are accepted for any modification kits purchased from Stompbox Electronics.

Returns

StompboxElectronics does not accept returns unless the product is being exchanged (see Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Parts).

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Parts

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stompboxelectronics@gmail.com. StompboxElectronics will cover the cost of shipping up until any extra fees imposed, such as insurance, shipment tracking, signing, etc. A shipping receipt must be sent to StompboxElectronics before any reimbursements are issued.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive any returned items and suggest you purchase shipping insurance in the case it is mishandled, damaged, lost, or stolen during the shipping process.

Notification

If you are a member of the StompboxElectronics newsletter, you will receive advance notice when this policy is changed here and after the Last Published date at the top of this page.
