Modification Services
How this works
Stompbox Electronics offers verified modification services for large and small effects pedal brands. The process is simple:
- Add the mod configuration you’d like to have done to the Cart.
- Checkout.
- You will receive two (2) e-mails. The first should be an automatic order confirmation. The second will be a personal e-mail with the shipping address.
- After receiving the second e-mail you will be able to ship the pedal in to be modified!
Shipping your pedal
When shipping your pedal, it would help me speed up the process if you include a print-out of the order confirmation e-mail in the box. If you do not have access to a printer, no worries! It’s not required, but it helps.
Be sure to pack the pedal well enough to not become damaged during shipping. Once shipped (step 4 in the process above), please send me the tracking number via email!

After the modification
Once the pedal is done being modified it is sent back to you using the shipping address you used when ordering the modification.
Likewise, using the e-mail you provided during checkout, a tracking number is sent to you after the pedal is shipped.
Lead times & expediting
Lead time is usually between 1-2 weeks for verified modifications, though this can vary due to work load. Expediting gets you to the front of the line and costs $50. You can expedite by adding the Expedited Service item to your cart.

Custom Modifications
Submit your custom modification requests through the Custom Guitar Pedal Modifications Request Form. Instructions are on the form, all custom mod requests must go through the form (it helps keeps things organized).
